Sitting in an Internet cafe on the shores of the Red Sea.
Just finishing a week of much needed relaxation here in Dehab, Egypt.
Heading to Cairo on Friday

Finished off Jordan with a few days in Petra which was wonderful, by getting there at 6am we basically had the place to ourselves each day.

Managed to get through our most testing border crossing so far- spent the day relaxing in Aqaba (Jordan) before heading to the ferry port at 7.45pm for our 10pm departure, which in fact left at midnight. The '2.5 hour' crossing actually lasted 4hours and despite parking up at customs at 4.30am we didn't leave until 9.30am - everyone was very friendly though and it was remarkably unstressful. We fear Sudan will not be so easy - that's if we even get the visas!
