After several frustrating hours on the internet photos have proved very difficult so it's another essay we're afraid.
After white-water rafting in Jinja, Uganda we headed to Rwanda. We travelled around the country and finished with a visit to the mountain gorillas in the Parc National de Volcanes.
Then back into Uganda after initially being refused entry at the Western border. We were unwilling to pay the bribe so we detoured back to the capital and headed back in the way we came.
Then a while was spent at Kagando hospital near the Congo border and the town Kasese.
Back in Jinja we did 3 days white-water kayaking which was fantastic thanks to our awesome teacher Alex.
We enjoyed the world cup in the truly excellent bar at Naiberi River Camp, Eldoret and were taken around the town by Raj.
Stethoscopes donned again for the rural medical camps near Kisumu, Kenya where 11,000 patients were seen.
Since then we've enjoyed visitors from home, Rhian and Joel met up with us in Zanzibar then we enjoyed safari in Mikumi National Park and some real bush camping. Following this a cruise up the coast to meet Heidi's parents for Safari in the Northern parks - the highlight was seeing a lioness taking a gazelle up to her six cubs and watching them feed.
Now we are heading over to Zambia first stop Ndubaluba, Mkushi.
